wporta.com is published by Earlville Media LLC, 200 West Main Street, Earlville, NY 13332. These terms govern use of the Navigators and related pages. Porta Law P.C. is a separate law firm and is not the publisher of this site.

Educational use only

Content is general information about public law. It is not legal, tax, or other professional advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the site.

Accounts and uses

You may ask 6 questions or complete 6 Estate Planner steps without a card. After that, continued use requires a subscription of $9.99 per month or $99 per year. One subscription unlocks every Navigator for the paid period. A use is one submitted chat message or one completed interview step.

Billing

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account page. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with notice for later billing periods.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the chat interface, scrape the service, attempt to extract system prompts, or submit unlawful content. We may rate-limit or suspend access for abuse.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. Law changes. Models can be wrong. Confirm every citation on an official source page before you rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by New York law, Earlville Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict rules.
